For customer using Aldelo Pay Merchant Services, your EMV devices are already configured and we simply need to know the Subscription ID and confirm the Serial Numbers of the EMV devices you want assigned to this account. 

Your can find your device serial number of the front of the box the device arrived in and will show S/N: before the number (See Picture)
This is also printed on the back of the EMV device and normally is a sticker with a barcode and the Serial number will show S/N then the number.  

Please Note that EMV Devices will increase your ability to be PCI-DSS compliant but does to automatically make you PCI-DSS compliant.  

Before contacting Aldelo you will need to configure you PAX S300 device 
All users will need the following feature set on the PAX S300. 

• Auto Batch settings to OFF (Failure to do so may result in lost funds) 
• POS Auto Register: Enabled
• POS Register Protocol Type: HTTPS
• POS Register URL set to api.aldelopay.com
• POS Register Page set to poslink/ws/process2.asmx/SetDeviceLocalIP
• POS Register Port set to 443
• POS Register Key: (leave blank)
• Limit Length: 512
• Communication Type: Ethernet
• Protocol Type: TCP/IP
• ​Port: (specified by Processor)​

First Data user should be using the PAX S300 App FDRCNV-HC-Restaurant V1.02.38E
Tsys Users should be using the PAX S300 App Tsys -Restaurant V1.02.3E
