The Order Recall screen in Aldelo Express has sorting buttons down the left side of the screen that help servers and bartenders create personal sorts of all orders to eliminate orders that do not need to be worked on.  The defaults that are used are then remembered by the system when the server or bartender use the system again.
Sorts can be done by:

• Order Type – Open, Closed
• Destination – Dine In, To Go, Bar
• Date
• Employee
• Or general search
