Aldelo Express Fast Order Recall for Bar and Table Service Operation

Speed is critical for bar and fast-paced table and casual dining operations.  Being slammed with thirsty and hungry customers and having a POS system that can’t keep up is not something that is tolerated. 
Aldelo Express allows servers and bartenders to set the sorting of open orders to just show their orders.  This then eliminates confusion when recalling orders and keeps them from wasting time looking through orders that are not theirs.
The Order Recall screen in Aldelo Express has sorting buttons down the left side of the screen that help servers and bartenders create personal sorts of all orders to eliminate orders that do not need to be worked on.  The defaults that are used are then remembered by the system when the server or bartender use the system again.
