Integration overview

Set up your Uber Eats connection

  1. Keep your print server ready

Enable the POS print server on your designated iPad. Keep it powered, online and running Aldelo Express with its screen on. This device confirms incoming platform orders.

  2. Connect the Uber Eats app

In the Aldelo Express App Store, find Aldelo Sync for Uber Eats and select Connect. In your back office, open Platform Orders, then UberEats Sync.

    Open merchant sign-in
  3. Sign in and select your store

Sign in to Uber Eats, or complete Sign Up and return to sign in. Enable the store you want to connect and select Integrate to Uber Eats. Wait for Request Accepted before continuing; onboarding may take up to 48 hours.

  4. Send your first menu sync

In the Uber Eats tab, select Manually Sync Now to send your menu, prices and operating hours. Allow several minutes for the data to appear. Auto Sync Active is optional and sends later changes hourly.

  5. Choose hours and order confirmation

Use Uber Eats Config if you need different delivery hours or price markups. Choose Auto-Confirm or Manual Confirm for incoming orders, and save your changes.

  6. Test the connection and activate

Run POS Data Connection Test and Uber Eats Connection Test. Continue only when both succeed, then turn Uber Eats Store Active on. Review your visible menu, hours and prices. If a test fails, ask support to check your store connection.
