Effective October 1, 2022, Aldelo EDC for Windows will no longer support third-party online order payment integration due to a change of scope for the upcoming Aldelo EDC PCI SSF revalidation.
Merchants using Aldelo POS for Windows with Aldelo EDC must contact their online order service provider to ensure their online order store is using either Authorize.net or Payment Processor’s direct gateway to avoid any service disruptions. After October 1, 2022, third-party online order providers directly integrated to Aldelo EDC for Windows for payment processing will no longer have access under newer Aldelo EDC release versions.
Aldelo POS merchants may also elect to migrate to Aldelo Express Cloud POS and have access to Aldelo’s native online order and seamlessly integrated payments solution at no cost, as a benefit of being an Aldelo Pay merchant.
