​Aldelo's Online Appointment scheduling allows you to set an appointment time that works for you. Our schedules fill up fast and it is highly recommended that you do make an appointment for training or software installation. 

Please note that we do not set appointments on most US holidays. Appointments need to be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advanced to avoid being charged. Merchants who are getting free training or support services and fail to make there appointments may find that future appoints are at a charge.  The number of installations that can be done in any given day is limited and having an appointment is highly recommended as on demand installations may require a hold time until a team member is available.
