We are looking for reliable, detail oriented, and self-motivated individuals to joint our client services team.  As a Client Services Agent (CSA), candidates are responsible in handling both end user and channel partner's non-technical service requests via phone or email. In addition, candidates are responsible for building business relations with channel partners via phone or email. 

Typical daily duties of a CSA is to receive and process order entry requests, client documentations, account updates, billing changes, review and analysis of documents, submit and follow up of client service requests, conducting operational training with channel partners, handling of both inbound and outbound calls or emails to channel partners for business relationship development, and other related duties.

​We are looking for reliable, detail oriented, and self-motivated individuals to join our credit & risk team. As a Credit & Risk Agent (CRA), candidates are responsible for managing both end user merchant and channel partner service requests via phone or email. In addition, team members will be responsible for gathering documents related to credit and risk approval processes required for advancing and successfully closing merchant processing applications. 
 
Typical daily duties of a CRA are to gather the Merchant Processing Agreement data, assist with collecting any required documents, assist with satisfying pre-processing questions, review the merchant processing agreements (MPA), provision EMV hardware, schedule required training and installation services and making account updates.

Qualified candidates work directly with end user merchants via telephone and email, professionally representing Aldelo Pay's merchant services, Point of Sale, Related Products and Solutions. Successful Merchant Sales Account Manager’s (MSAM) are effective multitaskers with the ability to competently demonstrate Aldelo products, nurture Aldelo partner product knowledge and successful merchant growth. This process entails proper assessment of merchant businesses and POS needs for establishing a compelling ROI. The MSA role builds internal relationships and works closely with Aldelo’s Credit and Risk team providing necessary merchant details while efficiently guiding merchants through the Merchant Processing, Installations and Operational processes until they are successfully onboarded with Aldelo Express Cloud POS. The mission of our Merchant Sales Account Manager (MSAM) is to help our end user merchants achieve greater savings and improve operational efficiencies.

Qualified candidates are expected to achieve heavy outbound tele-sales solicitations and follow ups; seeking new opportunities; and build continued relationships with existing clients daily. A daily outbound call volume of 120 to 150 is typical of such a Merchant Sales Account Manager.
