Groundhog Day - February 2
Groundhog Day is an annual tradition that originated in Germany and is now widely popular in the U.S., especially in the Midwest and East Coast. The annual event famously takes place in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, when thousands gather in person and remotely to watch if the groundhog Punxsutawney Phil will see his shadow, thereby concluding that spring will not come for another six weeks (if he doesn’t see his shadow, legend has it spring will arrive early).

Have a little fun and engage your customers on Groundhog Day 2025 by showing TV coverage of the event and advertising themed promotions and/or discounts for the festive day.
