How do I obtain technical assistance?

Technical assistance is simple to obtain from Aldelo's technical support call center. Just call us at 209.338.5481 and one of our support engineers will be happy to assist.
What type of support services does your technical group provide?
Answer:
Aldelo's technical support group can provide live technical assistance for issue resolutions via telephone, email and remote access. Our engineers can also provide additional value added services such as remote training, remote installation and menu programming services.
What are the hours of operation for your technical support call center?
Answer:
Our technical support call center is located here in California and we are open 24/7. We are ready to provide any services relating to our software products. (Call Center may be closed on select holidays observed by the company)
Can any licensed customer request technical support services?
Answer:
All licensed customers receive 30 days of 24/7 free support services when their location is initially setup. Thereafter, licensed customers can acquire an annual support agreement at around $1.35 per day (based on annual average) or request services on per incident basis. Additionally, community based free technical support is also available on our forums.
How do I obtain the latest versions of the software that I have licensed?
Answer:
As long as your installed location has valid technical support coverage, our latest software minor updates are available for download via our secured software distribution website. For more details, please contact our sales or support group anytime.
What if I need onsite technical assistance?
Answer:
