What type of organizations is a best fit for the Aldelo Channel Partner Program?
Answer:
The Aldelo Channel Partner Program is designed for point of sale dealers, IT consultancy firms, payment processing ISO agents, computer service shops and any other IT related organizations. The channel program is a best fit for these organizations seeking opportunities in the hospitality and payment processing industries.
Who is qualified to join the Aldelo Channel Partner Program?
Answer:
In order to reduce over saturation of existing markets, the Aldelo Channel Partner Program is open to only qualified organizations in select territories and regions. Qualified organizations must demonstrate prior sales and IT experience, as well as a clear and concise business case to dedicate itself into the Aldelo Channel Partner Network.

What are the territories and regions that you are accepting new channel partners?
Answer:
We are always seeking qualified organizations in select territories and regions within the United States and overseas. The only regions we are not currently seeking new channel partners are exclusive territories of Central America, South America and Puerto Rico. Does Aldelo require its partners to purchase hardware from only designated sources?
Answer:
Aldelo is a software development company. We do not market and distribute hardware, nor do we require our partners to purchase only designated hardware from specific vendors. As a channel partner, you have the flexibility to use any compatible hardware that best fits your business model. We do however strongly recommend that our channel partners consider the certified hardware as a best practice.
Does a channel partner have the flexibility to market on the Internet?
Answer:
Yes, a channel partner has the flexibility of marketing our products with traditional onsite solicitations as well as taking advantage of the Internet. The only type of marketing medium discouraged under the channel partner program is auction based marketing.
