Harry Tu has been with Aldelo as President since its founding. Harry is primarily responsible for the company's strategic plannings, as well as day-to-day operations relating to research and development. Harry also serves as one of the senior software architects within the company, and is actively involved in the management of key development projects.
Prior to joining Aldelo, Harry held a chief executive position with NextPOS Corporation for many years.
Nancy Brown joined Aldelo as Director of Sales and Marketing in 2006. She is primarily responsible for the company's day-to-day operations relating to sales and marketing. Nancy is also responsible for the management of Aldelo's vast channel network, as well as interactions with the media and vendor partners.
Prior to Aldelo, Nancy held a wide variety of positions in sales, marketing, operations, training, and business development with large and small financial institutions. Her experience spans 30 years and includes positions as Senior Vice President, Vice President and Regional Manager.
Allyn Grindle joined Aldelo as Director of National Business Development in 2011. He is primarily responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of business plans and strategies to grow Aldelo's channel business relating to the Aldelo POS line of products on a national scale. This includes soliciting, building and maintaining relationships with vendors and dealers to grow new dealer sales.
Prior to joining Aldelo, Allyn held various management positions with other major POS software providers, as well as owning his own POS distributorship. In a career that spans over 25 years, Allyn has managed installations, trained value added resellers, as well as managing distribution channels.
Jeff Moore joined Aldelo as Director of Technical Services in 2006. He is primarily responsible for the company's day-to-day operations relating to technical departments. This includes working closely with our development, quality assurance, and technical writing team members within the company. As a lead on the quality assurance team, he is responsible for ensuring product quality as well as participating in software research, design and architecture.
Prior to Aldelo, Jeff held various management positions in one of the largest retail chains in the United States. Prior to that, he also was responsible for the operations of a family business for many years.
Vlad Zamakhovsky joined Aldelo as Director of R&D in 2009. He is primarily responsible for the Aldelo Enterprise Cloud solution. This includes management development team, working on the project architectures, and many other aspects of the software development. He also works closely with the Technical services group.
Prior to Aldelo, Vlad held a various positions in software development with large, middle size, and small software companies. In his career that spans over 25 years, Vlad was working on the big variety of projects for the different industries.
Julie Hu joined Aldelo as Director of Finances in 2007. Julie is primarily responsible for the company's day-to-day operations relating to accounting, human resources and other financial duties. Prior to Aldelo, Julie held various management positions in international trade organizations.
