NextPOS Corporation merges with Aldelo Systems Inc.
to Combine Resources Producing the Next Generation
Hospitality Solutions
Sonora, California, September 22, 2005 - NextPOS Corporation, an industry leader in providing feature rich, easy to use and value priced hospitality software solutions since 1999 with clients around the world, is pleased to announce the definitive merger agreement with Aldelo Systems Inc. Aldelo Systems Inc. is a IT firm specialized in R&D projects for the hospitality & retail industry.
"The combined resources of NextPOS Corporation and Aldelo Systems Inc. will enable the new company, Aldelo Systems Inc., to produce the next generation hospitality software solutions that will benefit our end users and channel partners." says Harry Tu, President & CEO of NextPOS Corporation.
"As the result of this merger, we anticipate expanded customer service to 7 days per week. We also anticipate many new solutions to be released in the first quarter of 2006. The merger will occur on October 5, 2005. After the merger, NextPOS Corporation will be combined into Aldelo Systems Inc., and all of its products will be renamed as "Aldelo For Restaurants". Also, all of NextPOS Corporation's resellers will be renamed as "Aldelo Channel Partners" effective immediately after the merger.
